Apple began rolling out iOS 27 across the country in Australia this week. This software is available for eligible iPhone models. To install it, open Settings. Then tap General. Then hit Software Update. The phone will look for the update and display it if the device is compatible. Not all older devices will see iOS 27. The release date for iOS 27 is September 14, 2026. So the launch is active now. A number of iPhone users will get the update straight away. Others are not eligible. The result depends on the handset.
