Bandai Namco unveiled the Mobile Suit Gundam RG XARX-ZERO and the new vision on that day. Director Kenji Kamiyama is set to direct for the upcoming anime, planned to premiere in 2027. The project introduces a fresh Gundam universe, completely separate from prior lore. The new model is connected to the upcoming Gundam Rogue Orbit project. Kamiyama aims to construct a new timeline for the franchise.
