The Scottish Government has committed a £14m funding injection towards the renovation of Glasgow's People's Palace and Winter Gardens. Total expenses for the museum work now top £50m. The historic site to re-open the Glasgow museum and gardens has been locked for a long time.
BBC and The Herald stated the venue is scheduled to stay closed until 2029.
