Childcare operator Edge Early Learning has filed for voluntary administration. The PE-owned company manages 70 childcare centres, leaving the future of those locations uncertain. Arena REIT disclosed the entry into voluntary administration once notifications about the condition of the childcare group were received.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was chosen as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have taken over oversee the running and financial health of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 got formal notice about the proceedings. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing doubt while KordaMentha oversees the process.
